Customer Service

For your convenience order your WovenArt Mills LLC ("WovenArt") products online by selecting the the items and placing them into your shopping cart. Simply:
  • choose the product you wish to purchase
  • select the options, if any and,
  • enter any special instructions in the comments field.
Photographs can be sent to us through the U.S. Postal Service or, if in a digital format, uploaded to our server at the completion of the checkout process or e-mailed to us at If mailing we recommend using a photo mailer to ensure proper care of your photograph during transit. Photos mailed to us will be returned with your blanket or pillow. WovenArt is not responsible for photographs lost or damaged in transit.

Our products are woven from your actual photographs or digital images. Either color or black and white photos may be submitted. While any photo can be woven into a blanket for best results we recommend clear close up or portrait style photos with good contrast. Photos taken with a digital camera should be high resolution and taken on a large dimension setting. Printouts of digital images should not be sent nor should images downloaded from the web as these do not result in a quality product. We reserve the right to crop your photographs to focus on the main subject. This ensures that you receive a better product.

Scan photos at 300dpi and save as .jpg files. For best results scan only the area of the photo you wish to display. Please limit the size of your file to not more than 3-5mb.

Most photo blankets can be personalized with a limited amount of text and there's never an extra charge for this service! Please do not incorporate the text in the photos or images you submit. Use the order form to specify the text you desire. Our graphic designers will determine the best area for placement on the blanket. Please check the spelling of any text you submit. We are not responsible for typographical errors based on an incorrect submission.


You are responsible for all of the images that you upload to our website, e-mail or mail to us. You must have the legal right to authorize WovenArt to produce any product you purchase from us using each image that you provide to us. In general, it is a violation of federal law to copy text, graphics or images that are subject to a copyright and use the copyrighted material on custom products created using our service without the consent of the owner of the copyright. Before submitting any text, graphics or images, you must confirm that it is not subject to a copyright or obtain the consent of the owner of the copyright to use the material. Your submission of an order to us via any means is your representation that you are the owner of your photograph or that you have obtained the permission from the owner of the image to do so. WovenArt will cooperate with a copyright owner who claims that an infringement of their intellectual property rights may have occurred. This cooperation includes, but is not limited to taking the following action without notice: disclosing your material and any other information you have disclosed to us as the copyright owner or its agent and destroying all alleged infringing material. WovenArt may also suspend or terminate the account of a customer who appears to be infringing Intellectual Property and may take further appropriate action.

Product Care
Most WovenArt products can be machine washed in cold water and either air or tumble dried using a very mild cycle. Please be sure to read the label included on your product.

Shipping & Handling
Many WovenArt items are personalized and made to order. Our products are usually shipped 2-4 weeks from the receipt date of the order. Please allow more time for the holidays. Orders are shipped using standard Fedex, UPS or DHL Ground delivery to locations in the United States and UPS and DHL or USPS Global Express Mail to Canada and other international locations. We ship to APO and FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. For shipments elsewhere please contact us for rates. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Payment Methods
Payment in full is required when you place your order. For your convenience we accept credit cards, PayPal, checks and money orders. Please allow 10 business days for checks to clear before we begin production on your blanket. If you wish to pay by check please make your check payable to WovenArt Mills LLC and mail it to the following:
